All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing the order and another email when your order ships.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

We work with trusted global suppliers to get you the best prices in the pet supplies market.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, EU: 8–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–25 business days

During holiday seasons (especially Christmas), shipping times may be slightly longer.


3. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers whenever available.
Tracking will be sent to your email once your order ships.

If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We also offer:

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Some countries may apply customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders are delivered without additional fees.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us.
We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (for confirmed lost packages)


8. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the damaged product

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

We will replace or refund depending on the situation.

During peak seasons (especially Christmas) or global shipping interruptions, delivery may take longer than usual.
